Neu-Ulm, July 19, 2018 - On July 6, 2018, the Swiss company Ramatech Systems AG had a double reason to celebrate: On the one hand, July 1, 1988 marked the 30th anniversary of the company's founding, and on the other hand, the official handover of operational management took place. Employees, representatives of the German partner company Metzner Maschinenbau GmbH, customers and business partners were invited to the company headquarters in Hochdorf/Switzerland.

At the beginning of the event, the approximately 60 guests had the opportunity to inspect all machines from Ramatech's product portfolio on site. After the official welcoming of the guests, the company founder Kaspar Randegger gave a review of the company history and thanked all those present for coming and for the many years of trustful cooperation. He also explained the advantages for customers and business partners that result from the combination of Ramatech and Metzner products. Kaspar Randegger then handed over the operational management of the company with best wishes to his successor Christoph Rauch, who has been with Ramatech since summer 2017.

Gerhard Rauch, Managing Director of Metzner Maschinenbau GmbH based in Neu-Ulm, expressed his thanks to Ramatech founders Kaspar and Erika Randegger on the occasion of the company anniversary for their services to the benefit of the company: Like parents, they had invested in the future of their "child" with exemplary commitment, had put some personal matters on the back burner and had never given up, even on difficult projects. "My deepest respect," said Gerhard Rauch. He is pleased about the continuation and expansion of Ramatech's good relations with its business partners, which "form a solid foundation on which to continue to build in the future". It was also incumbent upon the Metzner Managing Director to present Kaspar Randegger with a gift. The Ramatech founder will be fully active for the company until the end of the year, focusing on the support of specific customers and projects. In 2019, he will significantly reduce his time commitment and will retire completely in the course of the year.

Kaspar Randegger's successor Christoph Rauch, 29 years old, took up his position on July 1, 2018. In his inaugural speech, the new operational manager paid tribute to his predecessor for his commitment to the good of the company and informed that the company was in the process of strengthening its construction and assembly departments and was already working on the next generation for various products. Afterwards, the visitors to the event had the opportunity to get together for an aperitif. The event concluded with a festive dinner, which also provided space for professional and personal exchange.

Event guests praised the harmonious atmosphere of the event, where the special team spirit that connects employees, customers and business partners could be felt. They were convinced that Ramatech Systems AG is on the right track and will continue to offer innovative and quality-oriented solutions in the field of cable feeding systems, cable assembly machines, fleece insertion devices and systems for the food packaging industry.
