Excellent Cut Quality
Precise guiding of the material combined with exact and permanent knife position provide an excellent cut quality in a 90° angle
Three Cutting Tools
To give constant optimal cut quality with the most varying material demands, the ST-OB machines offer the choice of three alternative cutting tools: stamping, shear cut and pull cut.
Sensitive closing pressure
Soft materials can react to even limited differences in closing pressure by changing their length The ST-OB allows the pressure to be set sensitively to match the demands of the material. This ensures high length precision.
Torque and Precision
The electric motors used by Metzner are distinguished by their pulling power and precision. The ST-OB range thus offers high length exactness without the use of an additional gauge wheel.
Outstanding Cutting Power
With its special pneumatic cylinder, the Metzner ST-OB Green achieves a significantly higher cutting power than would be possible with a normal trade cylinder. With up to 230cuts per minute, the Metzner ST-OB Green works rapidly and efficiently
