Metzner drilling equipment is equipped with drilling spindles with very high speeds of up to 60,000 revolutions per minute. An exact drill hole is thus achieved in a short cycle time. The geometry of the drills ensures that the waste falls to the outside. Pneumatically driven drilling spindles have the advantage of low purchase costs with higher operating costs. Electrically driven drilling spindles stand out in use due to their low operating costs at higher purchase costs. Metzner also supplies laser drilling systems for "in-line" use. The laser has the advantage of variable drilling distances in automatic throughput with higher purchase costs and can also be employed alternately for different profiles.
