Metzner CCM 2: Cutting foam rubber and metal reinforced profiles
Economical and compact
The Metzner CCM 2 circular cutting machine processes steel-reinforced profiles and sponge rubber materials with dry cutting (optionally with micro-knife moistening to cool the circular knife). The standard model comes with an integrated discharge conveyor (1300 mm length); range of application both in-line and off-line.
Special features
Dry cutting and suction
The Metzner CCM 2 is equipped with dry cutting and extraction in the standard version. On request, a micro-knife humidifier can be installed to cool the circular knife.
Large selection of circular knives
All CCM machines can be equipped with different circular knives and cutting discs with grinding function. The infinitely variable saw motors operate in a speed range of 1,000 – 6,000 rpm or 4,000 – 10,000 rpm.
Favourable option
The CCM 2 processes smaller profiles and tubes with and without steel reinforcement at low cost.
Integrated discharge conveyor belt
An integrated discharge conveyor belt with a length of up to 1300 mm is responsible for the discharge of the processed material
Simple operation
The Siemens control system of the CCM 2 allows easy operation of the machine without any previous knowledge.
