If you offer customized and tailored rubber profiles, you are always faced with the problem of not knowing what your customers will want from you tomorrow. And therefore you also don’t know whether your machinery is equipped for this.
That doesn’t have to be the case, thanks to Metzner MBS.
The Metzner MBS is a modular system consisting of the processing machine for 3 different product widths and a gigantic number of tools. You have a total of around 10,000 possible combinations.
The highlight: As a manufacturer of tailored rubber profiles, you can insert 2 tools into each machine at the same time, which complete their work in a single process step. Furthermore, you can change them without tools in no time at all.
If an order comes in for which you do not yet have a tool, this is no problem. These can be purchased later. And if the job is very exotic, that’s no problem either: we can develop and produce tools for you in quantities of 1.
If you produce the same work for a customer at a particularly high speed over a long period of time or produce large quantities of cusomized and tailormade rubber profiles, an individual solution may make sense for you.
The special thing about these solutions is that Metzner has already designed them and sold many of them. Customization is of course possible. This often involves software adaptations, especially if the machines work in-line. We present you three different solutions:
