Whether silicone tubes or textile reinforced hoses, profiles or even the bones for dogs – the Metzner Dynamat 120 automatic fly knife cutting machine cuts all this up to a diameter of 120 mm | 4.72″. This fly-knife cutting machine achieves a speed of 3,200 cuts per minute; respectively 800 cuts per minute when the machine comes to a stop before each cut.
As a standard, the Metzner Dynamat 120 is equipped with an integrated discharge conveyor, an extended safety equipment as well as the micro-knife humidification. So it’s possible to cut dry and also moistered.
