Simple operation is a decisive factor here. The operator must be able to change tools quickly and easily. All recipes must be clearly selectable and, if required, password-protected. And finally, operation must be as simple as possible. That’s why even our basic model AM 1000 comes with a foldable 12” color touchscreen.
Another important goal is to speed up your production. This is why Metzner wire stripping machines are equipped with a double cutting blade as standard (with the exception of the AM 1000). This allows you to carry out two jobs in one step.
They also have particularly powerful motors, some of which have up to 40% more power than others.
Everything on board as standard - no hidden costs
Another advantage is the equipment. In principle, all Metzner machines are equipped with complete software – at no extra cost. MES/network integration is onboard. The software for creating the cable list is already standard on the AM 1000. Also, the interface provision for printers and pre- and post-processing solutions is standard.
The maximum cutting thicknesses of up to 185 mm² | 350 MCM (AM 5000), 70 mm² | AWG 00 (AM 3000) and 6 mm² | AWG 10 (AM 1000) are also achieved with the standard equipment. No power booster is required.
